I created a drop down form with each state on the list. What I would like is for the user to pick a state from the drop down menu and then the cancer hospitals associate with that state pop up either below it on the same page or on another page. The information would look something like this.
*University of Alabama at Birmingham, Comprehensive Cancer Center
1824 6th Ave South
Birmingham, AL 35294
(800) 822-0933 or (205) 934-5698
Montgomery Cancer Center - Alabama
4145 Carmichael Road
Montgomery, AL 36106
Thank You! Mike

That is possible using our Conditional Logic Tool: Conditional Logic on Forms (Show/Hide Condition). Show the Cancer Hospital once state is selected.
Kindly check and let us know if you need any help implementing that.
