Not getting forms to correct email address

    CORRECT email is puppies@sunpaws.com


    WRONG is dobemom@juno.com


    HELP!!!

    If yes, I have checked the configured email notification and it appears good. Please find the screenshot below:

    However, I can see that there are no submissions for this form. Can you please confirm if this is the correct form that you are referring? I have also checked if any email notification was sent to dobemom@juno.com but I do not see any.
