2nd Attempt - "Schedule a Reminder Email" NOT WORKING FOR A WEEK

    Hi Support,

    I sent a ticket in yesterday detailing the issues I am having with "Schedule a Reminder Email".  None of my reminders sent from from September 9th to date. 

    The link shows that this reminder email will be sent in 10 hours and 19 minutes. However the screenshot show that this was set up to go out at 9 am EST every Saturday morning.

    I really need to get this resolved.  If the reminder email aren't going to work then why am I paying $19 per month for your services.  I'm a little frustrated because I sent a detailed email yesterday and the response did not resolve my issue, as again today another reminder did not send out as scheduled.

    Help PLEASE!!! I like every other aspect of your services but this one is a deal breaker for me.
