I can't add new payment tool

I can't add payment details to my form because all of the selections (PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, etc.) are grayed out. I can't add them to my registration form. How do I add them to the form? Do I need to be on a different plan that allows this feature?

We only support 1 payment field on a form. If you want to use another payment tool, you have to delete the existing payment field in your form before you can add a new one.

So in your form, you're currently using Paypal (Paypal Checkout).
