Thank you message is not displayed after embedded form is displayed.

    Hello,

    Can you help me with this.  I am trying to create a wholesale order form that is NOT connected to payment gateway.  I created the form using a previous template from this site (I believe it was something to do with office supplies)

    Here are the problems I am having and I have taken screen shote.

    1.  I went to my website www.TipsyCandleCompany.com Tab called wholesale at the top bar.  When I place in the information, the Thank you does not come up after submitting the form.  Just goes to black.

    2.  When I receive an E-mail that the form was filled out.. I see things on the form from the previous form I edited.  How do I delete these things (They are items that reference office supplies - from the template I used) this shows up in the E-mail that I receive.  I will show you a screen shot.  When I look in the inbox all the information is there.  Pleas see screen shot.

    I did test your embedded form by sending a test submission and the thank you message was displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
