Not receiving emails!

    Hi, I use jotform on my site, but I stopped to receive e-mails alerts since march, 15.

    I tried to register another e-mail (hotmail) on notifications and there I'm receiving, but I need to receive e-mails on loja@ohceus.com, so I discover that the problem is to send forms with this e-mail, Is it blocked? 

    I already put the domains on whitelist and noreply@jotform.com for sender email and it didn't resolve the problem.

    Could you help please?

    Hi,

    I have removed your email from the bounce list. It should be fine now. Here's the reason:

    loja@ohceus.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No Such User Here'

    It seems like that email doesn't exist. Kindly confirm that on your side to avoid this from happening again. Thank you!
