you cancelled my account

    you guys stopped our account  i have already purchased premium for this account. and somehoe you guys said it was on a seperate account?  we only have one but you said it was was taken care of last time we spoke?   i lost probably 10-15 quotes over this last few days of being offline   i need this fixed asap!!!!!!!

    Hi there, You had 101 submissions on the account and it is still on the Free plan. Can you please share with us the Order Number? We'll be glad to sort that out for you!Meanwhile, I have reactivated the account and temporarily dropped the submission counter to 50 until the issue is resolved.We'll wait for your response!
