Account log in issue

    Good afternoon,

    Could you please assist. My previous colleague who is currently on maternity leave left me log in details to jotform. Our zapier is linked to her account. We experiencing some issues with zapier. I think her email account might be no longer active and I do not have correct password. Is there any way to log in to this account? I want to resolve our zapier issues.

    I found several accounts related to email addresses under the same domain as yours, in order to assist properly, we will need to get the email address associated to the account or the username. 

    We will be happy to have a look on this.

    Good morning,
    Thank you for your email. I am trying to find out more about Tamara.thomas@cushwake.com account. Tamara is currently on maternity leave and it is look like her account is linked to zapier. I have notes and the password for jotform but doesn’t work.

    Hello Julija,

    After checking from my end, it appears that the email address provided (tamara.thomas@cushwake.com) is not linked to any JotForm account. Please, try to clarify the exact email address or username for the account in question.
