I am able to reactivate my account with the free plan?

    Hello, I have been using your free feature and I was sent an email last week saying that my account has been disabled and that I need to upgrade to a paid account.  But when I looked at the paid subscriptions, I clearly do not meet those requirements.  Could you please let me know if my account has, in fact, been disabled and how I am able to reactivate it with the free feature?  Thank you.

    It seems your account CortneyPinion is Active and in good standing. You can log-in to your account and access your forms without any issue.
