Didn't receive the notification from email.

    Hi, we recently upgrade to Bronze, we have registration from and now we are doing submitting test but we didn't get any notification on our email? How should we fix this?

    We already added email and some extra emails to test but still doesn't work

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    We had an issue with sending the notification emails when the attached PDF is enabled. However, our developers have fixed this issue.

    Please, could you check it again and let us know if the issue still remains.
