Form does not preview

    When I click preview it does not load. I embedded the code onto my website and it was working now it does not load at all. It also starts downloading a file called 92584272225156 but it fails not sure what that is.  Please Help

    Hello, 

    I am unable to reproduce this issue from my end. I just checked your form, cloned it and tried the preview feature on the Form Builder and it worked fine. Also, checking your web page through the link provided, I could access the form and it seems to be working fine. 

    I have cleared your form cache. Please, check this again and let us know if the issue persists.
