I want the Users to only enter the text that i want them to.
I am making a form for users to enter promotion codes which i will send by email but need the form to make sure that the same people are not using the codes because i will ask for names, email address and home address. I will send the vouchers by post after they enter the promotion codes.

Currently, there is no way to have this done within the bounds of Jotform's Form Builder. The only way I could see this being implemented in your form is to take advantage of HTTP POST and have a separate php page sort the data submitted and filter out duplicate ones, or those people who used promotion codes more than once. The entries would then be dumped in a separate file, independent of Jotform's system. The only catch is that HTTP POST in Jotform only works when the form is already submitted, meaning you would still receive everything on your Submissions Page, including the duplicate ones.
Hope you find this information useful.
