This past weekend we used a form for door prize entries and had thousands of entries, but my "submissions" is only showing 1800 (and we had many more than that) and the form itself only shows 101? HELP. I need these submissions asap.

    Thank you,

    Hi there,

I have inspected the forms on your account and this are the results:

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30807250165953

I see 101 submissions on that form - 2013 ABQ Fest, Door Prize Entries

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/20648492288969

I see 2538 submissions on that form - 2012 ABQ Fest, Door Prize Entries

Please check both those forms and see if those are the submissions you have been looking for.

Thanks, but we only had the 2013 form up for entering information. So how and why did some go to the 2012 database and others to 2013? And more importantly, how can I be sure we captured them all?

As most of those on the 2012 form are indeed from 2012.

Can you please share the URLs where you had displayed the form?

We'll be glad to look into it for you!

We had a direct link on the computer screen.

Simply had http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30807250165953 typed into the url.

    @dstrober,

Could it be that you've provided the 2012 link to them? This could be one of the reason why since I was able to see new submissions in it which happens this year 2013.

Also, there's no way the database from one form to another would interchange since they both have unique identifiers like the form ID and Submissions ID.

My suggestion would be to check your 2012 form and check all the submissions submitted this year 2013. You can do that by using the custom time frame found under submissions settings (gear icon).

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I found out the problem. You've forgot to change the Custom URL on your 2013 form to use the same form URL 2013, instead it was still on 2012 link.

So when the user submitted the 2013 form, they will be redirected to 2012 Form. This time, if they've submitted another entry, it will be captured on the 2012 form since they are submitting it on the 2012 form.

I would suggest to correct it. It's on the thank you page settings on your 2013 form.

Hope this helps clears your concern. If you have further questions, let us know here. Thank you!
