Why is my account showing limit exceeded?

    hi. 

    I a message saying my account is full.  I have deleted all submissions and only have 5 forms in my log in. 


    What at is the reason?

    As far as I can see, your account is in good standing and the forms are working fine. I've additionally cleared your form cache too. 

    Your account has five forms in total, which is the limit for Free accounts. If you want to create further forms, you may consider archiving any of the old forms.
