after i login, i am unable to edit my forms. when i press the edit button nothing appears where my form info normally is... i asked this question on a live chat last week and I am still having issues

I believe that the problem is related to the Internet Explorer 7. We will try to check this issue with our Developers.
However, please note that the Internet Explorer 7 is being considered as outdated browser these days, it does not support a huge amount of modern web technologies.
If you are running on a Windows 7, you should be able to install up to date Internet Explorer 10:
Alternatively, try our builder in any other modern browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari.

Although we make sure that forms work on IE 7 and IE6, we are unable to support these browsers on the form builder. You must upgrade your IE or use a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
