How to create required field when answer yes to a question?

I have a form I created, but would like to make it better 

I have yes/no questions that are required, but would like to make another *required answer question come up only if the answer is yes.. 

I would have looked it up, but I don't know where the help screen is ???

You can use the Show/Hide Field condition in order to achieve this. This feature allows you to show and hide fields based on a condition. For example, if the user selected "Yes" the hidden field will appear.
