How can I successfully download all submissions?

Hello,

I'm having some issues downloading the submissions in two forms: CCP EOI 2020 and NPW CCP EOI 2020. When I go through the submissions page and click 'download all attachments', a message comes up saying that a link will be sent to me via email, yet an email link never comes.

My account username is CCP_forms.

If you could please advise how to rectify this issue ASAP that would be appreciated, as we urgently need to download the submissions as it is causing workflow delays.
