Download Data Page: User cannot track the progress of the data download process

     It submitted but doesn't show any status or progress.

    Hello, 

    Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to show the progress status of the download at this moment and I have no idea when (or whether) it would be allowed. If you would want me to, I could submit a feature request for this feature to the development team on your behalf. I cannot assure you when (or whether) this feature request will be honored as features are added based on the number of requests opened, the relevance of the feature to the users, and a few other factors. 

    Please, let us know if you'd want us to submit this request and we will be more than happy to act accordingly.

    Yes, it is very helpful to see the status since I clear out the submissions after downloading.  Are the downloads automated or does someone have to push a button?  The download I submitted last night wasn't ready until this morning.

    You can just push the download button on the page and the data will be downloaded as a .zip folder. You can go on to unzip the file from it. 

    I have pushed a feature request to our backend team as mentioned earlier.
