Accidentally cancelled Gold plan and need to restore submissions

    Our some of previous employee login in our jotform account and cancel out gold plan, please restore our plan, When we again continue to click on subscribe, Its show our card again charged.

    It seems that your Gold monthly plan that was paid via FastSpring was cancelled and you have now paid for the same plan using the PayPal payment option. 

    When I checked your account, the Gold plan is active and your account is in good standing.

    Please check and let us know if you are still facing any issues on your account.

    As far as I can see from the FastSpring site, the entire $99 was refunded today. However, the refund could take a few days time to reflect in your account.

    my all the issue has been resolved on the facebook jotform support already. Please close all my tickets
