    Hey -

Sorry for the flurry of questions lately.  I think this one will hold me for awhile.

I am using Image Upload Preview to submit a layout design to be approved by the customer.  I can see it, but the customer only sees a broken link.  I haven't hidden the field.

Where should I go to find the problem?

    Thanks

    Hi @Staton!

Based on your last accessed form it looks like you are referring to your Print Desing Form, correct?

If so I have gone ahead and tested out your form and I am able to see the Preview of the photo I have selected.

I tested your form from Google Chrome. Were your clients getting a broken link error from a different browser?

    Hello Zuri -

Thanks for your help.  I finally figured out the problem.  The broken image link she was referring to was the one in the notification email.  I've attached a screenshot.

I have gone ahead and tested your form, the reason your clients are getting broken link on their images is due to your account settings having the option "Require log-in to view uploaded files

Go ahead and uncheck this option and the preview of your client's upload will be shown via the email.

You are correct about which form. They were using Chrome.

Kindly follow the directions given by my colleague @ZuriTapia to turn off the "require log-in to view uploaded file."
