Password reset email is not sending

    I have an account I am unable to login to. Every time I click forgot password and enter my email to resend instructions, I never receive anything. Access to my Jotform is very important, several people have tried to reach out to me through this platform, is there anyway someone could help me with this as soon as possible? Thanks!

    Hello Josh - I have started a password reset on your account. Kindly check your email and reset your account password. If the reset password link expires, you can reset the password again by following this guide: How-to-reset-the-password
