Conditions work intermittently

Sometimes the conditions seem to be working (I just have it set to skip one page under 3 different conditions), and sometimes they aren’t.

I was able to replicate the issue on my end. It seems there is a conflict with the conditions "Paying Full Price" and "Using EBT Culture Card". Since they are both hiding Page 3, could you please try incorporating them into one condition only like the one below please?
