Is is possible to set kiosk mode of my form on multiple devices?

I want multiple people on multiple phones to be able to access my jot form. I will create it in mobile so that they can use it offline then (from looking at answers to previous questions), I can put it into kiosk mode so they can fill in the form.

My question is, can I have the same app and login running on multiple devices? And if so, if two people answer the form at the same time will it collect both sets of data or one overwrite the other?
