Jotform Mobile App: I would like to avoid duplicated submissions in the offline mode

    When Jotform is used offline and synced later that day we receive many duplicate submissions of the same form. How can this be prevented?

    Do you use the Mobile app? Do you use the Kiosk mode?

    Which form are you referring to?

    We are using the mobile app on iPads, offline but not in kiosk mode.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to prevent duplicated submissions, when you use the Mobile app.

    If you use it via desktop, you can setup a unique question. You can check this guide:

    I have forwarded your ticket to the dev team and mark it as a feature request. Please note that there is no assurance that this will be implemented. It depends on the number of similar request, which we will receive and the workload of our developers. We can not provide any time frame for this, but we will update you on this thread.

    Hi there,

    This issue is resolved in 2.1.4 version. Please update your app to the newest version and check if the issue still persists. You should no longer receive dublicated submissions from the same submission.
