    Hi,

This can be done by setting up an Email Alert for your form. Refer to this guide to set up your Email Alerts (Notification/ Auto Responder):  Receiving Emails on Form Submissions.

Hope this helps. Thank you for using Jotform.

    Regards,

    Neil

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that is not possible as of yet. Email alerts follow a template when sending out emails whenever a form is filled out. The template can be edited (via the Compose Email wizard), however, it cannot be set to hide the fields that do not have values. It uses html and cannot run scripts which means what you want to achieve is not available right now.

Hope this clears things out. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

    Regards,

    Neil
