PayUmoney gateway error when use in wordpress?

I want to buy your premium services but i have some questions.

1. I use Pay U money payment gateway and use in wordpress.org then showing error check in attachment.

2. Payment option is working when use without wordpress.

3. can i use counditional options.

It seems that the payment gateway is being blocked when embedded. Could you please provide the link to the webpage where the form is embedded so we could check?
