Account Auto-Suspended

    Hi my account was just auto-suspended. Based off of the FAQ's it was suspended because I requested for a password to be submitted. I did not know that was a violation. I can change the form as soon as I have access back to my account. 


    Any immediate assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes, you are correct. The form "UFP Credit Enhancement Inquiry Form" was collecting password info which is against our Terms of use.

    I've removed the offending field and activated your account.
