    Hello,

We have purchased JotForm Bronze Plan.
And created one form and incorporated Spreadsheet to form Widget with some page breaks and conditions.

    Below is the form URL:
    https://form.jotform.me/92246309249461

To check the form functionality enter the following details:

    CIF ID     Date Of Birth

    15290840 18/08/2001
    932840 18/08/2001
    1394800 20/08/2001
    14458650 20/08/2001

This Form was working fine but today when we are checking it again after filling the first page details the NEXT button should appear as per the conditioned set, but it is not appearing.

    Kindly help ASAP.

    Regards,

    Hi there,

We have checked your form and the issue is because of how the conditional logic was set.

To fix it just follow these steps:

    1569221852conditionalfix Screenshot 10

    1. Currently, the condition is set to 'IS EQUAL TO' which only triggers when the exact value determined is written to the field.

    2. To fix this, you can change the condition to 'is filled' from the dropdown as shown above.

    3. In the end, the conditional logic should look like the image above. After that, just hit 'SAVE' and your issue should be fixed.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask us right away.

    Hello,
Thank You for your quick response.
    For the field
*Enter your Date of Birth :*We have noticed that Date Format is not taking
    properly.
At the time of filling the form, date should be entered in DD/MM/YYYY
    format only.
And the database which has been used in spreadsheet to form contains Date
    Format in DD-MM-YYYY.
Database is created with Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
Kindly Note in our conditions settings, 1st Page break should appear after
entering the date in DD/MM/YYYY format only.
    Kindly Help ASAP.
