I'm sending surveys to my Chinese customers.

I received some but other customer tells me that they cannot open the form:

Are the JotForm forms forbidden in China?

It seems JotForm is accessible from China. You can also check if your form is whitelisted or not from here: https://www.comparitech.com/privacy-security-tools/blockedinchina/

I recommend trying to delete eu suffix in the domain and share it with your customers one more time. https://form.jotform.com/80223867634359 Accessing the form via VPN can be another option for the users in China.
