We've been tracking form submissions by Form # and it seems like we're missing a few Form #s from the past few days. Any idea why this is happening?
One of the missing #s actually comes from my attempt to test-submit the form and having the Submit button give us a permanent "Please wait..." type message - I'm hoping that if this is the case, that those forms might be saved somewhere that can be recovered. I read a bit about Pending Submissions, but it seems like those are only relevant for forms with payment options.
Reading another forum post, you guys asked if we've updated the form at the point of missing Form #s- we've tweaked the form here and there throughout all of our form submissions (especially in between the first 20 or 30).
I'm the only one editing the form and I don't see any way I could have touched the Current Index start-the-submissions-on-this-Form-# field.

Have you placed that form on some web page? If yes, please provide us with the URL to the page with embedded form. It might be related to the issue, so we will need to check this.

Are you able to reproduce the problem each time when you submit the form?
I have cloned your form to my account, but I was not able to reproduce any submit issues with that cloned form.
There is one thing that I have noticed. You have some "old" conditions, I would like to recommend you to delete them.
Also, we have cleared all the form caches on our servers to make sure that everything is up to date.

I've test submitted the form several times, and only once was there an issue (the missing #44 in our Submission list). We've submitted the form since then successfully. But 99% of the use of the form will be the public, not us.
So while I haven't been able to reproduce any issues with the form, we are missing 5 other Form #s, all in the last two days - so I'm wondering if there's any way to recover those missing forms, or if those errors are attributable to anything (our form, your server, mercury retrograde, etc).

Have you used a Captcha field on that form? It can can 'add' the IDs to the form.
If not, we can forward the issue to our Next Level Support in order to check the issue with missing IDs.

Hi, may I inquire also if you were able to get all the email notifications for the missing IDs in form submissions. The notification email result will be one good way to track if the form was submitted completely.

Nope, no e-mail notifications for the missing form IDs/submissions.

I just checked into our records and since your email address is not in our bounce list , it looks like the form was not submitted completely
Like other supporters have suggested , please add a captcha field , do a test, submit the form and see if the issue still persist so we can open a ticket for our developers

Added the captcha to the form.

Also, if someone enter wrong captcha it will add an additional ID.
