Hi... I have successfully connected the widget to one of my form.. And now, I'm trying to connect it with a 2nd form and it doesn't work at all. Do you have any clue on this ?

You seem to have deleted the attached form. If you still cannot connect, please do the following:
1. Clear your browser cookies for Adobe Sign website.

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en
2. Go back to the form builder, and add the widget.
3. Connect your Adobe Sign account. This time, you will be asked to log in again since you've cleared the cache.
