I have applied for a Nonprofit Discount but never got a response

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. As we check our records, we are not able to find any non profit applications with your account username or the email address associated. As we again check our inbox now we notice that you have applied for the non profit discount a few minutes ago. However, the username mentioned the application is not the same as your account username and the email address is different. Searching further, the previous applications were not approved for the same reason since we could not find a valid account. 

    Before we approve your non profit discount application, it is required to change the account email address to the organization email address. Please let us know here once you have changed the account email address, so that we can proceed further to approve your latest application.
