How to set a CAPACITY on a form?

    Greetings,

I want to create a form that has a capacity.  Not a limit on the number of submissions (I found that in your help), but an actual capacity.

For example - I have 50 apples to sell.  when I sell all 50, I'm out of apples.  Each apple is a dollar.

In jotform, you tell me who you are and how many apples you want.  Maybe 1.  Maybe 5.  Maybe 10.    You pay for your apples when you're done filling out my form thru the BluePay widget I'm using.

How do you set a capacity?

    Hi,

If I understand you correctly, you are referring to an inventory of your products. If so, you can check the Gift Registry widget, this has a feature of counting the available items that you are selling.

"Whenever a new user opens the form, the widget subtracts how many items have been given already, and presents what is available to the form user."

Or you can also check the Inventory Widget, this widget has a similar feature with the gift registry. This widget is commonly used for limited subscriptions, small online stores, and single-item inventory management.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are referring to a different query.
