I paid the monthly fee and the fee has come out of my account, but when you click on the jot form it says that it is over quota??? I need this to be fixed ASAP
The work email that it is associated with is Tanya.email@example.com
I use it under the tab for REQUESTED MATERIAL on my Relay for Life sites

I can see a record of the payment made for monthly premium subscription
using the email address.

Can you send URL for one of your forms? I do not see a form on that page and we couldn't find your account.
