Hi I've tested the Take a Photo widget but it only allows photos not video. Is there another option for video?

You can use a regular upload field:

And user will be prompted to upload any file he/she likes, image, video, some other file etc.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!

Thanks but is there any way to film a video directly in a form like the
    Take A Photo widget?

Unfortunately, there is no widget to record video directly through the form at the moment.

I forwarded this to our backend team as a feature request. You will notified via this thread when there is an update.

Meanwhile, you may try a standard File Upload field in a single file upload mode ('Multiple Files' option disabled).

That field should allow mobile users to capture videos.

Make sure to increase the max file size, and update allowed file extensions.

    Ok thanks.
Is there a way to integrate Filestack or another video capture widget into
    the forms please?

Unfortunately, we do not have a Filestack integration in JotForm.

However, you can use the following widgets, I think they are similar:

    Kloudless-file-uploader

    File-uploader-by-Uploadcare
