some questions disappear in the preview. Why?

In form Settings > Conditions, there are many settings about questions visibilities. If you change the “IF” conditions your problem can solved. After that if you meet the same problem, I saw that your PDF Form’s “Hide empty form fields” is enabled. If you disable that, it will solve your problem.
