Merhaba

Formu oluşturup kendi html kod yapımıza ekledik. Fakat popup olarak açılmıyor. Müşterilerimize giden mailde http://prntscr.com/papaq7 burada olduğu gib text olarak geliyor ama link gelmiyor. Kontrol eder misiniz?

I have tried using this tag into my test webpage and it seems that the browser is blocking the pop-ups:

I believe that allowing pop-ups in your browser may resolve the issue.

I believe that you are trying to customize the email template for this form: 92672303812959. Am I correct?

I'm not really sure if that's what you want to achieve as it seems that you are using a different email template. I can't locate the email you showed in your screenshot. Is it inside Jotform?
