Share submissions in excell with shared dropbox folder

Hi 

I have been trying to use Reports2 Cloud as I would like to automatically send an excel spreadsheet to dropbox so it can be shared. But it doesn't seem to work.

I have gone through the app an selected the report and dropbox folder but I cannot see it appear in dropbox. Any ideas?

I have tested the app with my test form and it seems to be working correctly at my end.

Kindly check if you have connected the correct Dropbox folder with your report?
