submisson error?

    Today I edited these 2 forms below and submitted it, but in the automatic
    mail at “Submissions”, there was written that the answer content wasn’t
    uploaded.

    The last time when I deleted the answering data from “Submissions” there
    was the same problem.
    This time, the problem with the deletion of the answer data happened again.

    Would it be possilbe to repair it?

    Hi Kajiyama,

    I was able to test submit the 2 forms you mentioned. And I received the autoresponder email.

     

    I was also able to edit the submission test I did on your form using the EDIT button in the submissions page.

    Actually, prior to my submission test, I found no submissions yet on the 2 forms you mentioned.

    Can you please clarify if I was not able to answer correctly on your inquiry.

    Dear Jonathan,

    Thank you for testing the page.
    I edited and uploaded it yesterday at 5p.m. (Japanese time).
    From this time on until 8p.m. all submitted answers weren’t uploaded the
    whole time.
    Around 9p.m. it seemed to work again, because every answer was uploaded.

    When you tested the page, it was already 21:25, so everything worked again.

    The last time it was a similar problem. After editing and deleting the
    submission data, the submitted answers weren’t uploaded and after some
    hours it works again.

    I think the problem is with the “Submissions”, because, if I delete the
    data from “Submissions”, the submitted answers afterwards won’t react.

    The problem doesn’t appear every time, but I would be really grateful, if
    you could look into this.

    Hi,

    I believe the problem you encountered during the time yesterday at 5p.m. (Japanese time) was caused by issue on JotForm end. There was network delays and replications issue on our end during that time. 

    It was restored immediately a few hour a later.

    We apologize for this. Our higher ups are doing all the necessary measures to avoid even such minimal downtime from happening again.

    But do inform us if you ever noticed any such problem again.
