PayPal Invoicing: Invalid Request email Error

    Hi!

    For some reason I'm getting the following error when users are submitting invoices through my form:

    INVALID_REQUEST
    Details:
    /invoicer/email_address INVALID_EMAIL

    There wasn't anything in the PayPal Invoicing API support docs that showed this error. The email that I (as the invoicer) am using is a valid email address. I was able to submit 1 invoice but no more go through.

     

    Can you help me figure out why there's an error?

    Upon checking your form, it seems that the PayPal invoicing integration is not connected.

    I just disconnected and reconnected and tested. I'm still getting the same error.

    Please ensure that you have a PayPal Business account for integrating PayPal invoicing. Also, it would be helpful to check if any verification are pending on your PayPal account.

    Please also modify the question name for Email as shown below to remove the "?" from the form field.

    Crud.

    The invoice isn't showing up in my Paypal account. I double checked my API permissions and it looks like you guys were granted access.

    So it looks like the form reverted back to the original error. I stripped out everything and I still get an Invalid Request error saying... 

    INVALID_REQUEST

    Details:
    /invoicer/email_address INVALID_EMAIL
     
    Can you look into this?

    I was able to replicate the issue using a cloned version of your form.

    I have escalated this issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    They will contact you via this thread once updates are available.
