    Hi,

it has been almost a year since this happened.

The thank you page got scrolled off the current view.  So, user saw blank, unless they would scroll the page back to the top (which most won't, as it does not make sense).

I understand that you mentioned that this worked in firefox... but considering over 60% browsers users  using chrome, but  merely 4% users are using firefox.  I think it just makes sense to fix it so that it works on chrome.   Especially, now, Windows next version will start using chrome and phasing out edge as well.

I understand that i can user iframe. Unfortunately, there are some applications simply do not work well with embedded  iframe; besides the fact that i will have to copy a large chunk of code as well.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you please share the web page you have embedded the form so that we can check it out?

May we know the embed method you have used?

    Looking forward for your response.

Yes,  any form, e.g. 92035343676156 . Thank you in advance.

Currently, I have to use the embedded frame. I used to be able to just use the javascript format -   <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/92035343676156"></script>

Did you test it using Chrome?  When I first brought up the problem, the technician said the same until he used chrome.

To replicate the issue, you must use use the javascript format on a chrome.

I have cloned your form and tested on Chrome. The Thank you page appeared fine.

Please provide the link of the website where the form is embedded, so we can check it and further investigate.

We will wait for your response.

    found out the issue...

It is due to the background image that I inserted through the advanced theme setup. I remove the background for my form.  After i submitted the form, the thank you page is at the top of the page instead of being scrolled off the page.  In order to verify that,  I put the background image back, and replicated the same issue.

Thus, it must have something to do with how the background image is being inserted into the final css.

I have tested the cloned version of your form and was able to replicate the issue at my end. The issue seems to be occurring due to the height of the iframe/form. Please see if you can split the form into two pages by adding a page break and embedding the form using iframe embed method so that the Thank you message should be displaying properly .

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
