Hi there,
I customize my PDF view for a form. However, depending on the condition, sometimes I receive the "regular" PDF and other time the "customize" PDF.
Why I don't have always the same?

I assume that you are referring to this form: Cahier de charges - Communications & identité visuelle. Am I correct?
If so, I can only see one PDF template in the PDF Editor. This should be the same layout that email notification recipients shall receive:
Could you please share a screenshot of the "different layout" that you're referring to so we could check? Please refer to this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.
Also, can we make a test submission on your form so we could replicate the issue?
You can also try checking the PDF inside the email notification setting and see if that'll resolve the issue:
After that click Save and make a test submission.
But if you're referring to a different form, please let us know the form name/ID so we could also check that.
