Submission emails not forwarded generally

    Hi. This is an add-on to my previous email regarding cityselfstorage.no/signatur. It seems non of submissions made reach our customer service. Have you changed things in your setup we are not aware of?

    We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    It seems you may have created two threads https://www.jotform.com/answers/1982888 with the same issue regarding notification emails.

    It seems your email was in our bounce list that is why the notification email  was not sent.

    May we know if you're still experiencing the issue?

    Can you please share the submission ID in which you did not receive the notification email?

    I was informed that another email didn't receive notifications. I checked post@ok-minilager which isn't on the block list. I have asked for more information. Will get back if it is not solved later on. Thank you for your patience.

    I have double checked the email address and it is not in our bounce list.

    I just got confirmation that notifications are not sent to post@ok-minilag***o

    May we know if you're referring to this form 81903554878368 ?

    I have checked the mail logs and it seems to be sending however, checking the form email recipient it is not the same email address.

    Can you please check it out and update the email address if needed?

    Hey there. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Not sure how the recipient email got set to the one you found. I have now set it to the one I reported so it probably will work now. Thank you!
