    I'm trying to create a pop-up window on Blogger & used the code below.

    It worked initially & then stopped working. Would appreciate if you could give me the correct code to use.

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:void(window.open('http://form.jotform.me/form/30852330096450','blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))">Bento Supreme A $8.50</a>

    Thank you.

    Can you please provide us the blogger page url/link so we could furher investigate the issue you are experiencing?

    I would suggest checking your browser pop up blocker setting as I was able to create a pop up form based on the code you have provided.

    Hi
    The script worked the first few times & I could see the pop up. But now the script has additional characters (indicated in red below). I tried deleting & re-pasting it, but it's not working anymore.

    I tested the link and it seems to be working without any issue in my end. Please try to disable your browser popup blocker to solve the issue.

    Hi
    Thank you. The issue has been resolved.
    I'm trying to create a form with equal column widths. Right now, it looks this way, which is very untidy. Is there an easy way for me to set the column widths equally?
    Thank you.
    Have a nice day,

    @wengyang,

    Injecting the following CSS codes to your form will help aligned them in 2 columns properly.

    .form-line-column {

    width: 300px !important;

    }

    Here's how you can inject this code to your form. How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form.

    It should then look like this:

    Hope this helps. Thank you!

    Hi
    I have 1 last question:
    Under Email Alert -> Sender & Recipient Details -> Sender Name (I'd like to have a customised name (Eg Restaurant Online), which is just text & not an input field. How can I do that?
    Thanks

    Hi Wengyang,

    Since it's not possible to input that directly on the email alerts, you may add a "Hiddex Box" field on your form instead and then add your customized name as a default value of the hidden box field. After that, set it as your Notification's Sender Name. Example:

    After that, set the sender name field as your email notification's sender name.

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi
    After I've used the injected CSS code, I'm left with blank spaces & country selection as seen in attached.
    How do I resolved that?
    Thank you
