How can I allow multiple submissions

How can I change the settings to allow multiple forms to be filled out by the same person. Right now it only allows one submission.

Multiple users can submit a form by default. I checked one of your forms (https://eu.jotform.com/92284699601164) and there are no restrictions. So, multiple users can submit it.
