Emails comes in one thread on Gmail

    HI There,

    My company Elevate Tickets uses Jotforms to collect potential client question. When using Gmail every inquiry remains on one continuous email tread. Is there anyway to send a individual email when someone asks a question. Is there a setting a on gmail that I should look into.

    There are 2 solutions to overcome that.

    1. In your form, you can add unique fields like name & email on the email subject line so it would come as a unique email thread on your Gmail. Here's a visual guide:
