I am having trouble creating a specific rule that states that if you try and edit a form through the e-mail link you would be able to change only one specific cell.

I was looking at your account but did not see any forms listed. I saw Form ID: 80934331167961, is this the form you are trying to set the specific rule on? I am a little unclear about the condition/rule you are trying to set up on your form. Just to clarify, you would like to set up a condition/rule regarding the edit link where the user would only be able to edit only one specific field in the original submission?
