how do you take a form off hipaa complaince

You are able to turn the HIPAA Compliance Badges off of a form.

From the Form Builder click on Settings then click on Show More Options.

Scroll down and Change the Show HIPAA Compliant Badge to No.

You can also disable the Field protections for your HIPAA Forms as well. Please view
