The image file upload tag does not work on Outlook office 365

This works when I receive emails on my phone but not in Outlook office 365. I have to select download image from the small box with the red tick in it then Nothing appears

Could you provide us the form URL where you are facing this issue since the file upload field tag may have changed?

I tried this on my demo form and it showed correctly on Outlook too.
