    Hi,

    Everytime i submit a Jotform, the images which are attached are coming through blurry. Is there anyway this issue can be fixed?

    Thanks,

    Dominic

    I checked your submissions page, but I wasn't able to replicate any problem there.

    Are you saying that in your email images are blurry but in submissions page they are normal?

    What is the email address you're using to receive images (where this issue occurs)?

    Hi Nik_C,

    When i view the forms on the submissions page, the images are fine. However, when the forms come through to my email as a PDF they are blurry.

    The email address i am using to receive the submissions is jobsheets@servicesport.co.uk

    I did a test submission, could you please check your email inbox and let us know if the same issue persists?

    Yes, the issue occurs when you attach an image to the job sheets.

    Did you receive my test submission's image as blurry?

    Because I received it normally, where are you viewing your emails, in some software or in webmail?

    Did you try viewing it from some other device?

    Thank you!

    No, i am viewing the emails as a PDF attachment in Outlook.

    I cloned and tested your form and am able to replicate the issue. While viewing the image inside the PDF attachment received in the email, I am getting the image as blurry.

    This error is also occurring in the PDF document that is downloaded from the PDF Editor.

    Let me escalate this to our back end team for further investigation. We'll keep you apprised on updates via this thread.

    Meanwhile, you would need to download the uploads from the submission page to check.

    We're sorry for the inconveniences.

    I've checked your submissions but couldn't see a blurring problem on your images.

    If you'd like to see the whole image in PDF file you can resize this element from its right bottom corner and set its item size to Huge from Element Settings.

    Your file upload field is limited to 6 columns as you can see below;

    15710304176cols.png
    We resize images with their container width when generating PDFs.

     I've created another document for you in "Large image document" tab;

    https://jotform.com/pdf-editor/1092861395380061

    However, I don't suggest setting your layout like this because downloading it will be much longer. So I've added image link to your current document. It will put a link to the original image at the image bottom.
